Our Clients

We service a wide range of Clients, in businesses as diverse as automotive, manufacturing, and distribution and sales, to shops, take-away bars and transport companies. Because of our location (in the quiet suburb of Mangere Bridge), and our family based business structure, our overheads are lower than many others based closer to main business centres. We mainly support your business by visiting you on site, but if you ever needed to visit BPS, parking won't be a problem!

Community Support

David believes in giving something back to the community and this shows in his ongoing position as treasurer for the Immune Deficiency Foundation of New Zealand (since 2003), a charity supporting children and families with Primary Immune Deficiencies and Liver transplant children. David is also a keen sailor which is reflected in several water-related positions. He is the Treasurer for the Auckland Anniversary Regatta (since 1996) and has served on the Executive Committee of the Auckland Yachting and Boating Association, is a past-Commodore and current Treasurer for the Waitemata Yacht Squadron, as well as the past-Chairperson for the Aotea Sea Scouts..

Like David, Helena loves sailing. She currently is on the Executive Committee of the Waitemata Trailer Yacht Squadron. Helena's land-based activities include past Treasurer for the Bridge Park Tennis Club. Many school galas and fundraisers have benefited from her passion for fashion and her background in dress design and making.

Our Amazing Team

Bookkeeping & Payroll Services (BPS) (previously Micro Media Business Services - established 1986) was set up by David and Helena Hilliar to provide bookkeeping and payroll services to local businesses. The Company has grown from strength to strength since 1986, and now assists more than 70 businesses with a range of services.
