Any business that employs people faces the issue of payroll, PAYE and a host of other aspects. Our Payroll Services benefit anyone who employs two or more people.

We will maintain your employee records, produce pay runs as requested and generate the associated documents and reports. This will provide you also with details such as the number of hours worked, overtime, holidays and sick leave, input for each employee. Pay details are automatically calculated for each employee, and we will provide you with the following items, either weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

• Employee pay slips
• Direct pay to banks
• Personnel details
• Coinage breakdown
• Management reports detailing all period and year to date wage, tax, allowance and leave details.

The major benefit to you is that the time taken to process pays is almost entirely eliminated. Inland Revenue Employer Deductions Forms (IR345) are automatically produced and Employer Monthly Schedules (IR348) are electronically filed with Inland Revenue.

Statements of earnings are automatically produced at the end of the year. Management is provided with detailed reports with the information necessary for evaluating staff costs and utilisation, and for monitoring overtime hours, sick leave and annual leave.
